    "Good to know" point 1 states "Cashback is eligible on purchases paid with gift cards, and is also eligible on purchase of Apple refurbished products."

    If you redeem Apple gift cards as Apple Account balance and then purchase, do you qualify for this cashback?

      I bought when they had usual 2% cashback, using apple gift card balance and card mix and they tracked they next day.

              @foogle: Im in the same boat just ordered using my apple account credit, that i uploaded all my gift cards on. Just bought a macbook but could only do delivery. I believe it should track when the item ships or is collected.

        No idea if its best deal yet. If you search ozbargain, you can find similar cashback from cashrewards and shopback and check how long ago it was and try predicting if another is coming soon. From memory, cashrewards and shopback have exclusions for latest versions of products and also have a cap. All depends on if you want to hold or pull the trigger 🤷‍♂️

          I’ve been keeping watch for a few weeks now. The other offers from cashrewards and shopback excluded MacBook Pros and had caps. This seemed like the best so far, coupled with the free Airpods offer so went for it and purchase a MacBook Pro. Let’s see if it tracks, and then wait months for the cash back, assuming it gets approved

              @foogle: Mine is a BTO MacBook Pro. ETA is 2 weeks. The free AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation shipped this morning, arriving tomorrow. Tracking has not shown for the AirPods yet, and it may not track UNTIL the MBP arrives on the 29/01 or 30/01. Will keep you posted

                @PredatorvsAlien: I have read by some that cashback for airpods and MacBook are tracked separately. You might see cashback tracking for airpods within 2 days of it shipping. So 6% of ($299 - gst). Tracking for Macbook will be 2 days after Macbook is shipped. But second cashback will be calculated on (Macbook price - $299) less gst

      Click topcash link. That brings U to apple store. Scroll all the way down U will see 'shop for university' in apple footer menu. That brings U to the education page ( U will see the www…change to the au-edu store etc) on address bar. Then U know Ur in the education store. Then U can add to cart and buy. I purchased yesterday n picked up already. Topcash tracked the same night.
