Recently realised that I could withdraw my Cashrewards balance under $10. Just checked it out and Cashrewards have recently removed their minimum withdrawal threshold of $10.01, so now you can withdraw under $10.
Are you liking the change? Are they trying to compete with TopCashback since they never had a minimum withdrawal requirement?

Also, basing this on complete guesswork but I don’t think Cashrewards are going to be around for too long. They don’t have any active reps here like they used to, very rare to see a good deal on their platform now, can’t remember the last time they did a gift cards special like ShopBack does almost every other week now, no major upgrade in their app/interface and they keeps rejecting legit cashback claims. I doubt that they are at all profitable tbh.
Agreed. Used to be the most reliable and easiest to chase up for things not tracking, declines etc.
Now they are no better than Shopback for customer service and honestly that's about all they had going for them.
I'm just waiting for my current stuff to be approved then I'm moving on. Cashback these days is more pain then it's worth, spending weeks with back and forth emails over $3

Irrelevant to me. $5 isn't going to change my life and the missed interest on that for a year is 25 cents. If you're stressing about those amounts you probably shouldn't be buying things in general and save instead.
Big if true. I don't use Cashrewards anymore, and I've had $3 sitting in my account for over a year. It's great if I can withdraw it now.
If you haven't logged in for all that time It won't be. I had $7.99 sitting there. I just went to withdraw and its expired because I hadn't logged in for 12 months.
You're right. The jokes on me. I logged in for the first time in 2025 and that $3 is gone. I'm back to $0.00 now. I might as well close my account now, since I don't use it.

I requested for withdrawal on 7th Jan, confirmation email stated money should be received within 4-7 business days. Today is 20th Jan and I haven't received my money. And CR app is showing the withdrawal has been paid?

It doesn't sound right and it's best to contact Cashrewards. I withdrew from Cashrewards on 17th Jan and it's in my bank account today. In the last few months, their email response has been very slow. I'm also waiting for an overdue payment and they are aware of it.
The cashback companies seem to pay in batches (similar to tracking). The fastest payment I received is on the same day with ShopBack recently. Withdrew on Friday morning and it was in my account that night.
Yep I've just sent an enquiry, let's see what they come back with (in another 3 weeks maybe).
I sent a missing cashback claim on 17th Dec, and they only got back to me on 7th Jan. Granted it was during the holiday period but to take 3 weeks and a bit to get back was disappointing.
I don't think CR will be around for much longer. No more active reps here, no good deals and buggy interface / app.
Another disappointment with the late reply from Cashrewards is it seems to be a copy and paste. I'm actually more fond of ShopBack than Cashrewards now. (TopCashback is the most reliable in terms of customer service from TA.)
@firestint: CR is now my lowest lifetime earnings as I rarely use it. Just as well it has removed the minimum withdrawal threshold.
They keep spamming me with emails for stores I have ‘favourited’ advising the stores have boosted cashback for that day, except I removed all the favourited stores from my profile yet I’m still receiving the emails. Reported it to them weeks ago and they still haven’t fixed it.
I'm getting these emails "one of your favourite brands has boosted cashback!" including the Temu one today. I'm not a Temu customer. I don't have any favourite stores and haven't "favourited" any stores but still receive these "favourite" emails.
Fantastic! It's annoying having to wait for purchases to accumulate by which I typically forget. Matter of fact, I'm going to withdraw my money right now.
