      muscle nation have basically perfected the taste of protein bars, but i find the protein water hasn't been that big in the industry yet so will probably take 3-4 years for it to taste a lot better than what it currently does. Its hard to describe- at $2.50 its worth a shot if you're open to 3 sips before throwing it out, few mates from work tried and it said the same thing- horrible

    Musashi ones have beta alanine, so much more premium offering assuming you dont mind the nerve tingles.

    The musashi ones are much better flavour and ‘rush’ wise. The lemon crush from muscle nation is by the far the worst energy drink flavour I’ve ever encountered.

      The Musashi grape and fruit cup were probably the worst drinks I've had, could not even get through half a can. So these are even worse flavour wise??

      Would I be wrong in expecting a similar taste to V Refresh Citrus Lemonade in the Lemon Crush lol

    Musashi are miles better. I've tried them all and Musashi & Moster are the best. Muscle nation are amongst the worst, with the likes of send it. BSC & Mother fall somewhere in the middle but considerably worse than Monster & Musashi.

    Musashi is essentially a pre workout drink , as it has Beta Alanine, Citrulline Malate, N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, BCAA's (surprisingly doesn't have Taurine though). Whereas, Monster is more of a traditional energy drink. Monster has a touch less caffeine, but it does have Taurine.
