But the last deal for this model is back in 2022…

It's a 4.5 year old model and the screen size now is matched by new model fitness bands that costs circa $60

    • This.

The Fit model was the lower-rent version of the global/CN Band 5/6 (whatever model it was up to at the time) and was selling for like 170-200 in places like JB Hifi. When you could get the Band for like 50/70 bucks off places like AliExpress …

How good is the battery life?
I haven't had to recharge my Mi Smart Band 8 since late November 2024.

Did you get the nuclear powered model?

      • Better. Solar fusion edition.
Had a 10% off coupon to use.

    • this model is listed as having a battery life of one week +
which is why I'm happy to give it a go
charging my smart watch every day is something I just can't handle the inconvenience of

    • I have one of these that's a few years old. With heart rate and sleep monitoring on I reckon mine lasts 5-7 days? Charges stupidly quick.

It's definitely a fitness tracker rather than a smart watch. Good for brief notifications and health tracking.

Looks a bit more watch-like than your average fitness tracker, though. Need to side-load the Huawei Health app for usage, as it's no longer on the Play Store.

    • I would double check it still works and the time it displays isn't a sticker

  • Built in homing software for china’s killer drones when war breaks out

  • Comes up as $119 now

  • Go to checkout for $50 disc

  • i have a Samsung Watch 4 44mm, would this be an upgrade? my watch only lasts 1.5 days

    • An upgrade in battery life for sure. But probably not much else
