Need some help please.
(I have chatted with DisneyPlus and the person was supposed to email me the Solution, but after nearly a week, nothing happens….)
My husband watched a certain Show when I was out, Episode 1 to 3.
Now I’d like to watch it but somehow I can’t get to Episode 1…
It starts at Ep 2 and all I can do is restart Ep2. It just won’t go to Ep1 but keeps going back to Ep2.
I’ve done all I could: restart, reinstall, switch off power, sign out, sign in…. Very frustrating.
Please if someone can help.
P/s- I cant find a way to submit a "Complaint" so I submitted a "Feedback" last week. Of course I didnt hear back……
why not just make a new fresh profile and watch episode 1 there?!
