    Warranty N/A
CONDITION: AS IS, IN WORKING CONDITION & FULLY TESTED | NOT IN ORIGINAL BOX | NO REFUNDS
[Refurbished] HP A4 Mono Laser Printers Starting from $99

    A few concerns here:

    • Warranty N/A (No Warranty) even though they are "Refurbished"?
    • Your OZB listing says 'Refurbished' but the listings on your site state absolutely nothing about them being Refurbished and states that they're "2nds HP Printers", "2nd Hand Goods", "2nd Hand" AND "Second Hand - Used" so you're potentially baiting and switching whether they're Refurbished or Used - As Is?
    • No information about how they were "Refurbished" and even if it was actually Refurbished or just cleaned, inspected and tested..
    • "No Refunds" ? So if the unit arrives as a DOA or faults within a short period of time then what? Too bad, so sad?
    • I'm confident the 'No Refunds' is a breach of ACCC/Consumer Affairs' consumer protections considering you're a business and not a private seller? (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Sorry but I have to neg this one, it's a deal (Price wise) but very risky given the no refund policy, lack of transparency regarding what was "Refurbished" (or even if it was Refurbished) and likely a breach of Australian Consumer Law

I'm in the market for a Mono Laser Printer, but not a big fan of your questionable and dodgy business practices so I'm going to give this one a miss..
    Good luck, champion!

This is not a deal, it's an ad.

  • Bought printer from another deal that is pin locked, OP ignores pleas for help. Buyer beware.
Seems that Mediaform is OK advertising here without any follow-up or support.

Too late to do a bank reversal or PayPal claim (If you paid via PayPal)? I would 100% proceed with that if you're still within the time-frame and you have evidence that you have reached out for help (That you can upload on the Bank Transaction Reversal Case, to show that you reached out for assistance to no avail)

Sounds like I was right with my assessment of their dodgy business practices, which now includes lack of after-sales support…. Starting to think they could be banned on this platform

The amount paid is not huge to hassle with PayPal, and I managed to reset the PIN code changing security jumper position on the motherboard. But on principle I agree with notion that moderators should consider banning this shop if they don't change their act.

        • I agree, I did buy the $15 Konica 4700p from the other ozbargin deal but it’s yet to arrive. I did see your review on their website for the other 4700p extra tray product but it was too late I already ordered it. I hope it doesn’t have an admin pin on the one I ordered. How hard is it to change the jumper on the motherboard and what is the process for doing it? I may have to do a charge back on credit card.

          • @J B S: Its not hard to do now that we have figured out what needs to be done to reset the PIN if it was set. There is a panel on the right side of the 4700P that can be opened and the circuit board is there with the yellow jumper with a lock symbol next to it. There is a jumper over pin 1 & 2. You just need to move the jumped over to pins 2 & 3 and that should allow the printer to work without the PIN.

          • @J B S: Picture with jumper location on 4402P linked to my comment

          • @J B S: I did not leave any reviews there and I bought only 4402P, it must be somebody else
