Does anyone knows if Woolworths still giving 10% discount twice per month for their members?
In past if you purchase online first and then in shop then you get to redeem your 10% discount code twice but recently I couldn't do it so is it same for everyone?
We have Woolworths Mobile which now only allows one 10% discount in store/month. Everyday Extras does allow the 10% off to be used in store or online in addition to any other discounts one has (used at separate times)…but pretty sure it’s not twice/month like the good old days. EE also gives 10% off Big W/month.
Yes with EE we used to get 10% in Woolworths for first online order per month and in same month second order in the store also offer 10% on same ee card…!
But for last 2 months we can only do it once which makes me think it won't be good if they start charging $70 fees instead $35 that they currently charge.. :(
Based on how much we spend at woolies for a 2 person household I'd say $70/yr is still a good deal (even though I got the $35 deal). Any lower and Woolies will probably increase grocery prices just to make up for it anyways.
@penguinswillrise: They will eventually increase Priya's this discount was only to increase customer and after they achieve certain paid membership then they will increase membership cost and price of everyday items.

You were only ever meant to be able to get 1x 10% off but the loop hole was if you spent it online first you could still use it instore. they have finally fixed it.

Same here. Bought $309 (yes, all of them) on 4th January, but still haven’t been confirmed. There’s not even a way to contact customer support for that. They said “reimburse right after purchase”, but it has been pending for 9 days now. It makes me wonder if ShopBack’s plan was to run away when there are enough people who have purchased their giveaways. Legally what you bought were entries for a prize draw, and there’s no authority to actually enforce the cashback.
How’s your cashback? It’s overdue for a week now. Neither ShopBack customer service nor store representative @gotyourback replied to my inquiry.
Same here. Still pending. But customer service representative replied my email that he is transfering my issue to the team and he will let me know what happened.
I got the same reply. It’s over 15 days now.
I have had a 50% success rate with these, worked fine once but the second round at the start of december the bonus cashback didn't track. Contacted shopback three times but all I get is "we're looking into it." That's understandable when there is a third party retailer involved, but these are egift cards being purchased directly from Shopback. They really should be able to manage tracking with these.
There are other more reliable ways to get almost the same discount.

Finally got the bonus cashback after about 8 emails and 2 months.
I think I'll find a more direct way of getting a discount next time
