I think most of them do. Wireless charging is inherently inefficient.
I have one of these for iPhone 14 Pro - but if I leave it flat, will also charge my S23 Ultra
I have 2 of these. I like them, being my first foray into wireless charging. Great for an office desk imo, as the viewing angle of the phone is great.
Haven't used apple watch charging nor am I that knowledgeable in terms of charging speeds/power outputs etc.
All I know is this thing is well built/solid, slim profile and my phone doesn't get hot with it sitting on it overnight.

For future reference, if it doesn't mention QI2 anywhere, I wouldn't expect it to charge your iPhone at 15W.

You are correct. Only those name with Qi2 will have 15w charging.
Assume the phone charge speed would be 7.5w
Just sharing from experience. The Watch charger would occassionally stop charging if you trying to charge multiple devices. I think probably to do with how much wattage it can distribute when it's fully utilised. I have iPhone Pro 13 Max and Watch S10
