  • I can't seem to place any orders with kmart this morning 🥲

  • why dont they add chemwarehous

    • Give in.

    • +1

Onepass is Wesfarmers which includes Priceline but not Chemist Warehouse.

Do they deliver WITHOUT signature required? I hate having to go to the past office when I have a perfectly safe fence to throw packages over.

    • They do. They ask to authorise unsigned delivery every time.

  • My one expires next week. So this offer is perfect. Thanks OP

  • Existing member, last subscription expired at the start of December. Was able to renew today for $20! Thanks!

  • This was useful for getting Priceline items delivered, but for some reason they have literally blocked my IP address on my personal laptop… so bizarre..

  • I got the discounted $12 membership 6 months ago. It's been great. Bunnings especially but also Kmart, Catch, Officeworks…

  • thanks for the reminder, i was able to renew for 20 bucks

  • How can I be a new customer? Different email?

    • +1

If your account already expired, I believe you can renew with this deal as few have mentioned above your post.

  • My OnePass is ending on 05/02/2025. Exactly same date when this deal ends 😞

  • They sure love throwing this $20 for 1 year deal out there constantly… I'm surprised they just don't put it down to $20 permanently

    • +2

They won't get as much sign ups as "50% off" looks better and gets more sign ups than $20 p.a. Unfortunately alot of businesses to do this tactic….

      Onepass replied:

Upon reviewing, if you made a cancellation for your subscription, you'll still be able to use your OnePass memebrship until the end of your billing period (6/1/2026).

It's a shame OnePass can't be used with Bunnings Powerpass pricing.

  • Im currently on trial and it says it will renew at $40. should i cancel the trial?

  • +2

It can be useful if you live in the bush. I am near dunsborough with closest bunnings in Busselton. It's fun getting them to deliver for nothing in to the bush up a rough gravel track.

  • I tried to cancel my offer and then was offered $20 off for my renewal, effectively matching the offer.

I cannot more strongly recommend against dealing with onepass. Most incompetent bunch of idiots I've ever dealt.

      Can you elaborate?

Why did you need to contact OnePass? What happened? What was your request? What was the outcome?

Your neg doesn’t really help as you haven’t told anyone why.

Probably sign in issues… I had this with Catch when signing into Catch via OnePass. I couldn't sign in kept giving me some sort of error. I contacted OnePass and they told me to contact Catch so they gave me the run around… I then contact Catch and they tried to force me to go and contact OnePass over it (Omg) so I told Catch that OnePass told me to contact you guys so Catch eventually looked into my issue… took more than 3 weeks for them to fix it. Incompetent and pathetic on both parties.

His issue is probably related to something else but if it involves their support… yeah they try their best not to help you with anything. Probably why he's angry. I almost lost my patience myself.

        • yes this is one of the issues, and the support manager, Dean threatened to cancel the account as a way to solve the issue with Officeworks. After I showed the communication to office works they stepped in on that matter but each error that has come up..

      • +2

sure initially was not able to link it to any account, raise support tickets but each case it became a battle back and forth between onepass and each of the companies. Took months to onboard officeworks then kmart. OnePass refused to offer any compensation. Recently the account keeps locking out we were unable to use it at bunnings or kmart. I could probably write up a few pages on specifics here, ranging from the account repeatly blocking, to having to spend about 4 weeks with office works in attempts to unlink and relink it (officeworks were great about it, agreed that the support manager Dean at OnePass was incompetent and actually sent me a gift card to say sorry for having to deal with OnePass) but essentially we still are not able to use it without problems. So far we managed to get a few additional points but as I mentioned we signed up last year (before September).

I think the issue really is rushed integration between onepass and the other companies, onepass expects to be able to "create" a new account matching the onepass email in order for it to work, if anything goes wrong there isn't any processes to fix that.

i've given them a deadline to resolve the current account lock issues and will then formalise it to ACCC/Consumer Affairs.

Let me know if I can explain further, as noted there has been so many problems. I've wasted days calling them, emailing them and doing the same with kmart, officeworks and the other onepass partners and really not been able to get any benefits.

Also their onepass event recently offer up some pretty poor "bargains" I was able to find matching prices for all the items I checked on other websites so no real "deals" for that event.

  • This is probably better than Amazon Prime for regional people.

I am having issues trying to get it to login to bunnings for me. Tried multiple browsers and devices and lowering security settings. Looks to be the sso failing, logged a support ticket but above isn’t filling me with confidence.

Bit of a stupid system, should just give you a barcode not a unique login.

    • yes I have had that on a regular basis. the way the integrate is not standard, they've rushed integration to the point where its basically done with sticky tape and bubble gum (I work with some of the IT so I know what they've done)

  • if you are a current member (I am annual and it was going to renew on 17th May), cancel membership and you might get an offer to renew for $20. I cancelled a few days ago, and just got a discount email today to get $20 off the new renewal

Signed up but I cant seem to activate bunnings one pass? Click it to activate, but it doesnt do anything, just loads up the bunnings website.

    • Same error, so at least its not just email. I emailed support but the first response dis t fill me with confidence. Maybe if enough ppl do they will fix.

I would suggest some people join me in downvoting, I know that the brands they work on keep an eye on ozbargain so if the see a few of us with issues they'll talk to them. Right now my downvote has been revoked and now we are seeing other people having simaliar issues..

Questionable pratice by ozbargain moderators here to remove a downvote, artificially makes the deals looks like people have no issues. Any moderators care to explain why its OK for you to remove a downvote for a legitimate customer of the product in question explaining why the product isn't a deal?

      • I fixed it by manually creating an account first on Bunnings, then in your profile/account on bunnings site you can link the onepass there.

        • Thanks, this worked!

  • If I live 80 km from the nearest Bunnings and Kmart, would this be worthwhile? Would they do free delivery? Any other reason to sign up?

    • Does Auspost deliver there? That's what Kmart uses.

    • Yeah free delivery. Onepass waives the $10 delivery fee on both Kmart and Bunnings. Also no min spend from what I can see (You could get a $1 item delivered for well… $1 lol).

  • So frustrating with these access issues!
OnePass created a new Kmart and Officeworks account for me. No where to unlink it, so I called up OnePass, they told me to contact the relevant retailer. Contacted them, it'll take 2 weeks to unlink and delete the new account.

Extremely rushed integration between OnePass and the other companies, as stated above.
