Depends if you need any furniture. I ordered a cabinet that’s on sale from $449 down to $210. Combined with cashback total should come down to ~ $170 delivered (shipping is $50)

Yeah not wrong, from memory it is around $180 odd to TAS.. we have no options for mid-tier and above ergo chairs locally, so i'm going to be eating a big old shipping cost regardless :(

Clicked through from the Shopback app into the T&W app and checked out with Apple Pay linked to Shopback Westpac card, but neither cashback offer has appeared to track…
Mine didn’t track either. I used the browser in the ShopBack app.
I’m always a little dubious doing anything outside the ShopBack app, but as I had the T&W app installed it automatically opened. But given you experienced tracking issue from within the ShopBack app itself, perhaps there was some technical issue with tracking?

Both clicking through the ShopBack app and using the in-app browser can track Cashback, so it sounds like there might be a wider technical gremlin at play here. Our tech wizards are on the case to get this fixed ASAP!

I did actually already submit the missing cashback report when it became available and can see there has been an update today. The amount tracked doesn’t seem to make sense (when considering ex GST and shipping amount) for the offer that was on, but I’ll give it a day or two to see if it updates. Thanks again!
@Jad: Understand that the Cashback is currently tracking at a lower rate however rest assured that the amount will be adjusted to its correct rate once the investigation is complete
@gotyourback: Just to confirm, everyone's cashback amounts will be adjusted automatically? I have not yet raised a case for mine.
@twodollah: It will not be adjusted. Same issue occured with Hydralyte sale for chemist warehouse. They will stop answering if you send them enquiries.
