yeah had a look at the rates and its tragic lol. id imagine its good for those that hoard pts through work or travel
You could go around the world in style for what an iPhone 16 Pro costs.
Yeah if you can even find availability
points are more values on the flights rather than iphones.
Or you can get a Oneworld Classic Reward Flight (Round the World Fare)
Economy: 132,400
Premium: 249,600
Business: 318,000
First: 455,000Those points are not for a "Round the World Fare" although you can use it for that, it's a Oneworld Classic Flight Rewards
That would be why the poster wrote the same thing, and put the RTW in brackets.
Which routes are available for Economy return for 132,000 points.
14.4 Booking oneworld Classic Flight Rewards

Happy for someone to donate me these points and I will buy them a new iPhone 16 pro 😂
this is ozb way ;)
Same here!
This puts the value of QFF @ 150 pts = $1 for iPhone redemptions
So 3 return trips to Europe = 1 iPhone???
Not a wise deal
Stacks with points club / plus for an additional 10% off. Still terrible value though unless you never fly and you somehow have a lot of points.
That was my case few years back. Bought Canon EF 24-27 II 2.8 with points and few smartphones.
On the upside, the phones are available, reward flights generally not so much.
They are available enough for you to be able to use these points, just need to keep an eye out ..
360 points can get you one Bc and only economy return to Dubai…
Though EK through QF is a terrible waste of points for business as the taxes are horrendous per segment and their business class is outdated in comparison to the QR QSuite via VA points and also much better taxes. YMMV.
You can still book Qsuites on QFF, I did so - Melbourne - Doha - Boston… there is a catch… it only opens 72 hours prior to departure haha
Who in the right frame of mind use points for anything else than booking or upgrading flights is beyond me..
Was anyone able to successfully book Qantas Oneworld Award Economy for 132,400 points?
Or is it a Qantas illusion where Qantas says seats are sold out try later. Is it like rest of the points bookings where Qantas charges charge 3X the minimum points citing that low points seats are sold out or not allocated for the flight
You just need to be able to put together an itinerary from available economy reward flights. It is not easy, but can definitely be done. It is not really a Qantas product so I don't think you can really blame them for the lack of availability beyond their own metal.
FWIW I have done one in business for 3 pax a few years ago, but I think it would be more difficult now as most airlines are less reliable in when they release seats and who to.
You’re better off selling your points or using your points for flights…
