They both are capped at $300, so you should be able to use either. Maybe you have to have an ebay account, rather than a guest checkout? But you shouldn't have to pay for eBay plus.
How does this compare to something like the Sony A7IV?
A7IV can only do cropped 4k 60p, Z6III can do cropped 4k 120p.
A7iv has better image quality (higher dynamic range, lower noise at high iso, more resolution). Maybe slightly better AF. Wider lens selection. Is more compact.
Nikon is newer, has a faster shooting rate, better stabilisation, better video, faster electronic shutter readout which means you can shoot silently in more situations without compromises (a7iv is ok in silent shooting, a7rv is terrible)
Another comparable option is the Canon R6 MarkII for about $2.9k

I'd encourage you to head into a camera store and play with them in person. See what works well for you with ergonomics, menu design, functionality. Compare prices of lens/es that you want.
