Dang, been getting stuff from them for years. Havent yet needed to return anything.
Hoping they have gotten better since or they will lose another long time customer if I ever have to return something and they give a fuss
I encountered a similar issue; a batch of almonds was infested, and my report regarding this matter went unanswered.
The few times I’ve had an issue they were quick to respond. One time a bag burst in transit, I took a photo and they sent a new one.
I don’t buy as much these days but at 20% off I might see if the folks want to share a few items to stock up.
This company totally ghosted us when they sent the wrong product (or a product that had gone bad, who knows!). Amongst several other items in our order, the "Toasted BBQ Corn" was a foul more like an artificial cheese flavour. Nothing remotely BBQ about it. We had to bin it. No response to email or live chat requests to resolve, and did not post the review feedback. A shame, had previously always enjoyed their macadamias but cant reward a business that does that. Be careful.
