      Yup, had to chose delivery option just for that reason. Mt Gravatt had Icebox in stock but it vanished so quickly.

    that picture of the shade not even being under the cover makes you want a fully enclosed tent instead. Not the best marketing. Sitting under it with the sun in that position is no different to sitting in direct sun!

      What is the point of a fully enclosed tent at the beach? tents are not allowed on most city beaches and you also want to keep an eye on the kids or just enjoy the breeze and the view.
      You’ll just have to move your chairs to follow the shade or hang a couple of towel between you and the sun.

    I was able to do the order online .
    Then I got an email and hour later saying the ice box is out of stock so they will be taking it off the order.
    Not sure how I feel about this

      Happened to me too, order placed this morning, buyer beware.
      "Refunded" the 2x Whitehaven Beach Chairs for $0. No ice box refund atm.

      I have submitted a ticket, they better refund the whole order.

      Still showing "low stock" for all items online which is very misleading.

          I ordered earlier today and just got two separate emails saying I've been refunded both the chairs and the ice box. Also submitted a ticket requesting to cancel and get a refund for the whole order. The items are still showing as low stock - agree this is misleading.

    I did the order yesterday noon. Later, I sent an email to ask whether they would cancel the icebox. The replied as "The Dune 4WD Heavy Duty 35L Icebox is currently being sourced from an Anaconda store that has stock available. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a follow-up email with the tracking details to assist you in monitoring the progress of your order."

    Today I received an email saying icebox was cancelled but the rest items have been shipped earlier today. Hope I could get refund before they delivered.

      What a crock, I see the 35L icebox are actually in stock in store, but being sold for $10 more at $119.

      They are not even available for click and collect but they are definitely there….
