    Isn't this what they've been for the past few months (incl no 0% cashback categories)?

      TopCashback has been offering cashback from 0.5% on all categories since August 2024. However the cashback varies in some of the categories. Here are the other 4 months as a comparison (excluding Prime and Black Friday deals):
