Replica is an app that takes video from your iPhone or iPad and puts it onto your TV using screen mirroring.

Normally you'd need a device that supports AirPlay but not with Replica!

With Replica installed you can send video to almost any TV or computer.

    I’ve been using this for a year or so & it’s awesome. Haven’t met at media that I couldn’t cast around my house to my tv or Google speakers etc. I definitely rate it as an essential app.
    Regularly use this to stream the audio from YouTube vids to Google speakers no worries.

    I’m sure there are other equivalent apps around, but this works really well for me.

    amazing app
    I had its lifetime free from similar deal but a few updates back the lifetime free disappeared.
    So it may revoke lifetime license down the line.

        There isn't a "giant button that says Free lifetime". There are three upgrade options in the "Replica Pro" screen in the Information screen: Yearly $0.58 per Week, Monthly $1.00 per Week, and One Time $0.00 forever. The last option is the one you need.

        I had to go through the process twice to get it recognised. The first time I made the $0.00 purchase nothing changed in the app and there was still an option to unlock a free trial. I had to purchase (for free) a second time before the Replica Pro screen showed the message "You have the Pro version".

        So not as straightforward as your snarky comment implies.

      I went to the "Pro" section - it shows 3 levels to purchase. The last one says One Time Lifetime or similar. It worked for me!

    Just purchased another mirroring app to mirror on Chromcast yesterday and it was rubbish!
    I guess this one is much better based on reviews.

    I tried to mirror on a nest hub and it doesn't show anything

    Found this slow and laggy with YouTube. Tried video apps like Netflix and it didn't work either though that would be due to the video app protection. Be good for mirroring non video streaming apps though
