Had this on price alert waiting to drop below $90. Handy little highly rated tyre inflator.

Looks to be 'lightning deal' but not activated yet? 0% claimed despite me purchasing one.

I own this, it works well and is small so fit neatly in the glovebox. It doesnt charge the tyres quickly, for that you would need to use a much larger one such as the ryobi one within their battery ecosystem.

    • What all do you use it for?

      • +3

Just for the car tyres, so you need not do it at the servo.

Probably not safe, but i also just reinflate any flat i get and try drive to the tyre shop so dont i need to bother putting on the spare.

        • Have you considered using a puncture repair kit instead of spare

          • @ATTS: Yeah ive used this with a plug on the side of tje road, rather than take it off. It works well for that too.

$75 for a bicycle pump? No thanks

    • My Ryobi one has died on the tyre inflator side. The matress/pool inflator side still works, but the tyre inflator side started to die a year or so ago and got slower and slower towards the end.

Hoping this one will suffice for tyres and hold its charge in the car

Ive had it for about 3 years with no issue with it holding charge being left in the car permanently. You can also charge it from usb in the car.

It’s cordless, not electric. I don’t know why Amazon always do this. They make up their own words. Nowhere on the box or the Bosch website does it say electric.

Despite that, it’s a good price and a great tool (I own it). It’s not great for car tires as it takes forever. But is great for bike tires and pumping balls.

Cordless is electric… It still runs on electricity it just gets it from a battery instead of a wall outlet…

It's cordless AND its electric. It doesnt matter what it says on the box: it runs using electricity (not manually operated), hence it is electric.

You know "electric" cars dont stay plugged in when you drive them?

I have this and a Xiaomi one. The Bosch has a better hose (being metal the bit you screw on the valve is easier to grip), but the Xiaomi seems to last longer and pump a bit quicker (it's more compact too).

    • My Xiaomi one died after 10 months and using it about 10x. Will try this next.

  • Showing as full price for me… Is this deal supposed to have already started or does it start on the 26th?

    • Could be both, seems expired for now to say the least
