That's not 'free'
Bought these and they sound great but they irritated my ears so badly that I needed medication.
Funnily, the gen 1 work fine and don't irritate me.
I spoke to Samsung and they said it was an issue for a small amount of users and they'd refund / replace but I read it's widespread and it's due to the metals used in the little charging contacts.Yeah, I know, I know… "cool story bro"… LOL
I had the same issue with AirPods Pro. It’s a widespread issue with in ear headphones.
You can purchase replacement tips form third party that are meant to not irritate ears.
Really?! Where can I buy them?
Comply is the one that comes recommended the most, you can buy them from Amazon and other websites. Idk how universal the tips are.
@StonedWizard: Thankyou
I love mine. The design is great and they're super comfy. The an is decent too.
Great headphones for the price, been using them for the last year. Now prefer them over my over the eat Bose QC35 and Sony xm1000m3 (or whatever the stupid model number is)
Yeah same here, these are really good
Anyone know if you get a Telstra ID if you sign up for their prepaid plan? Or what's the cheapest way to get a Telstra ID and be eligible to purchase these earphones?
If you can visit a Telstra Store physically, you don't need a Telstra ID at all.
You could also get it for free if you pay 36,800 Telstra point.
