        Raise a ticket after 7 days and fill in all the details, cashback will eventually be paid, allow 3 months.

            @ganjadeals: I just got emailed a question from CR for the claim I initially put in on Jan 1 for this deal. Even if it ends up being paid not sure I would use TEMU again anytime soon (this was my first purchase there).
