Sennheiser Range is ideal for people with big heads and ears
These supposedly have tiny earcups and fit more like on-ear than over-ears.
Big Head here confirming they fit great
Oh well, maybe the review was written by a hippo.
I'm in a slightly weird situation of narrow head but big pinna
;)
I have a large head and I approve this message.
$148 at HN
Although looks like this can only be delivered. Is this better than the Microsoft Surface headphones 2 deal the other day?
No, those were a steal. These are regularly at or below this price point.
No, the real steal were these if you got in! I got mine 2 days ago. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/884529
Even the Bose qc sc were a steal
These are nice headphones. I've had mine for about a year now. Noise cancellation is top tier
Tempted to get them for Discord use as my previous set of wired headphones has a microphone that's started to die.
EDIT: Seems the clamp force is quite strong which is a negative for me as that'll make things difficult with glasses
ummm. I had these and they are not worth it IMO. first of all this model is ancient, I got it from Sennheiser direct for less than this during covid.
earpads are rather small and uncomfortable. build is creaking, rigid, ferls cheap plastic. clamping force very strong, and I don't have a super large head
sound unimpressive
get Bose QC when on sale again ($160 or thereabouts), they are tons more comfortable, better ANC and sound isn't perfect but adequate snd engaging.
Yeah, I'm amazed they're still selling this model, I had a pair 7 years ago.
Are these better? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/885130
$50 cheaper but double (triple?) the battery life.
Good headphones. The padding on my band is starting to disintegrate, like six years on.
I got these last year. Had to take them back as they stopped working in 1 ear
I got these through work and only use them if I can’t find my normal headphones.
- They’re pretty tight on big ears.
- I think the audio quality is not worth the price tag.
- The noise cancellation is okay.Bear in mind that my opinion is skewed as I use Sony XM-5s and AirPods Pro.
Not worth it at this price, as it doesn't really compete with $99 headphones now. Sennheiser Accentum deals during Black Friday were the play at this price.
Likely more sales to drop for Boxing Day.
agree, for music, rather pay a bit more for BOSE.
otherwise, better to get soundcore by AnkerAt the price of the Bose, I'd be getting the Momentum 4 on sale.
Good headphones for the price. Make sure to get the sennheiser app and turn off transparency mode if you want to use them on teams calls in noisy environments.
