    I know several people using iPhones older than three years, they last a lot longer than 3 hours. A friends 8 year old iPhone lasts most of the day, this is a pretty wild exaggeration.

      Although they are exaggerating, the battery life on this phone isn't very good. It's the same body size as the iPhone 8, with a similar size battery. That results in a similar battery life as the iPhone 8, which wasn't good when it came out.

        Just had a quick look around because I couldn’t remember batteries from three year old phones - SE 3s were ok, at new they lasted about 25% less than the iPhone 13 Pro. For the much lower price, that’s reasonable.

  No minimum battery capacity % is quoted anywhere.

  Throw away lines like "90%+ battery", "Batteries fully tested for reliability", and "Big-time battery life" should worry any would be purchaser, as none of them mention the word "capacity" at all. And with an old phone like this, usable capacity will definitely make or break your experience.
