I’m on the same boat and couldn’t agree more
Switched to this one https://amzn.asia/d/5x583tZ and it’s been a treat. Leak proof and hold the heat much longer. Downside, cup is not dishwasher safe (only the lid is) and need a large cup holder extension for the car
Don't get these if you like your coffee hot…
Recently donated enough blood to get given a reusable coffee cup, and it’s really good. Keeps drinks warm for hours.
Bought one direct from Keep Cup during their Black Friday sale. Replaced my glass one that I dropped and shattered. I’d had it for years at least.
They’ve really lost their market cap since their competitors ay. There are Fresskos, Frank Greens, Stoke, Huskees. Good to see they’ve innovated in response
Quality of these is not great in my experience. I've received two over time from my workplace and both chipped within a short period. Cheap kmart travel mugs last much longer.
I stopped using keepcup for two reasons, one is that I can’t seem to find a version that doesn’t leak from under the lid, and the second is that it gets increasingly difficult to keep clean all the lid components over time. The lid design is too complicated in my opinion. I have since got a stainless steel mug with simple flip-top lid and it’s easy to clean and doesn’t leak.
the lid quality on keep cup is horrible, they tend to leak after a while. For similar price would get these https://evereco.com.au/collections/drinkware/products/mini-i…
better lid and holds temp a lot longer I findInteresting a lot of negative thoughts here. I have tried several options of stainless coffee cups and ended up coming back to Keep Cup. It is the only one that I have found easy to drink in the car without spilling (coffee collects within the lid of so many designs, or you can't actually seal your mouth on the opening which makes it easier to splash). Now I use the glass Keep Cup (Brew - M) and it suits my needs perfectly as I like to drink my coffee in the car not save it for when I get to work, and they are easy to put in the dishwasher unlike the double walled ones.
Am tempted to get a new one. Have been using one I got from work after 7 years which only just broke (cover). I got a new coffee cup recently for my birthday which leaks and have gone back to the keepcup.
Do they have these with a better lid? Love the look of them and bought two Brew cups, but the lids started leaking after a few months.
No point to a takeaway cup that you can't drink from because the lid doesn't seal onto the cup properly so your hot coffee ends up in your lap instead of your mouth.
Used to love using KeepCups a lot
But since I found that KeepCup longplay range doesn't keep the temperature for too long
changed to the stainless steel double wall insulated cup and it works way better
