Magimix Blender Power 4 Chrome Ultimate Bundle $399 Delivered @ Magimix

I was looking for a glass blender, but most models were discontinued, making it hard to find one. Then I saw a comment recommending the Magimix product. I’ve been waiting for a sale, and now the official Magimix website has a Christmas sale. Although I haven’t used the product myself, after reading many reviews, I believe it’s a quality product.

They’re offering a bundle that includes 2x BlendCups, a Glass Mill, and 3x BabyCups, which seems like a great deal.

If you check the site, BLENDER POWER 3(Ultimate Bundle) and BLENDER 5XL(Ultimate Bundle) are also on sale.

Glass blender? It will not be good

    • +2

Most of the high quality ones are glass.

    • What's wrong with glass blenders?

    • I’ve been using the BREVILLE BBL410 GLASS JAR blender for about 10 years without any issues. However, I needed to replace the lid and contacted customer service, but they said the parts for that model were no longer available.

      • The BREVILLE BBL410 GLASS JAR seems to be identical to the Sunbeam MultiBlender PB7650, and I just ordered a new silicone lid for it earlier today for $12. Should last another 10 years.

Although I haven't received shipping notification and the site low lists it as out of stock, so maybe they're no longer available either and the site stock level was incorrect.

        • Has the lid you ordered been shipped yet? I’m curious to know if it’s compatible with the BREVILLE BBL410.

          • @BreadTwo: Finally shipped yesterday and arrived today.

They're now listing it as out-of-stock on their website.

If you want my old lid, I can mail it to you. It will work fine, I've trimmed the thin plastic seals off that were ending up in my smoothies. It keeps 99.99% of the liquid contained when blending. Occasionally a little will get through and dribble down the side.

            • @frugalferret: Thank you so much for your kind offer, but I’ve already purchased a replacement, so I won’t need the lid anymore. I appreciate your thoughtfulness, though!

Love glass blenders, they're great. Had a plastic one (sunbeam top one from memory?) and the plastic cracked after a year or so, and was discontinued and couldn't get a replacement jug.

Had my glass Kenwood for 10 years now and still works like new.

Have to be very careful with it.

    • +1

No more careful than any other appliance or cookware with glass.

  • Is jar heavy? I have got ninja foodi hot and cold. Glass jar is quite heavy for cleaning. To be fair it does have heating element in the base.

    • +1

I just received the Blender Power 4 Jar, and it weighs about 2kg. It’s 100g heavier than the BREVILLE glass jar I’ve been using, but it feels very sturdy. What I love the most is that the bottom part can be fully disassembled, making it super easy to clean.

      • Thanks for sharing

  • Can these be used to make baby food as in hot puree ? And cold puree ?

  • I’d like to hear a review of these. I’ve been wanting a Magimix for years, for some reason I think they’re made in Europe and are of very good quality? The brand is French. I guess similar to Bamix.

    • I used it for the first time today, and I’m impressed. The blade assembly completely separates from the glass jar, making cleaning incredibly easy, though you need to be a bit careful when handling the blades. My current BREVILLE blender has been discontinued, so replacement parts are no longer available, which was disappointing. However, it seems that parts for this product are much easier to purchase if needed. I make smoothies every morning, and although the price is a bit high, I feel like I could use this for a lifetime. It’s also much quieter compared to other blenders I’ve used, which is a big plus!

      • Thanks! Which one did you buy? Looks like there’s a number of sets.

        • +1

I purchased the Blender Power 4 because it’s the same size as the one I used before. I think it’s a good, standard size. However, I noticed that this one is made in China.

  • I have a Magimix blender, from before they had a range of sizes. The glass jar is definitely heavy especially when full. However it’s very thick and strong. I am happy with it.

  • Thx op bought
