Hi does anyone know how to pay the AGL bill now?
Seems need to do it over the online portal or app. Need to create an account? Does it still accept PayPal which incur no fees?

when you click the pay now link on the email it seems to force you to create an account or log in to pay.
Then pay by bpay.
There's a link in the email to "Download your bill (PDF)". Click that, and Bpay details are shown as normal on any bill. No fee for Bpay.

What did AGL say when you contacted them?All good now, it must been some technical issues. The payment methods now working fine after few hours
AGL accept payment here: https://www.agl.com.au/help-support/billing-payments/pay-you… without logging in
If you don't have an account, how are you getting the bill? Is the bill in someone else's name?
What is the problem?
My bill says direct debit, bpay, credit card, or paypal. Visa 0.14% fee.
