      I had 3 weeks of the same thing. Ended up deleting my account entirely and creating a new one yesterday, now I am getting offered a $3 Double Tender Burger, which is crappy, but at least it is an offer.

        can confirm just deleted and created a new account, after 30 minutes got the 3$ tender. Seems like my old account was broken. But yes crappy deal, all other siblings got this deal OP mentioned

        It was underneath the highlighted deals like the cheesy zinger and stuff. It said they chose me to play so it must be targeted or I'm part of a pilot or something. Was kinda fun. I passed Level 3 which was the final level. I wish it had sound though. Watch out for steaks, fish, and knives & forks. You don't want to collect those because they'll destroy your bucket!

      I got the same game a few days back .. won a prize (it said) and I selected the option I wanted …. and never got it. No prize, no special offer, no email…. nothing.

    Sorry noob question. Do you normally have this under the "Promos and Rewards" section of the app or is there a hidden option somewhere? I never seem to get targeted for any of these offers lately.

      The app is broken, sometimes your account will stop getting "for you" promos.
      I've just deleted and re created my account to see if i can get a promo.

      i contacted their support this is the reply i got:

      Thank you for contacting KFC regarding your app account. Upon investigation we can see that your account is being blocked in our system due to a flag from our payment gateway .

      I apologise as there is nothing further we can do.
