CS says :
I have checked the details of order placed on 12/16/2024 and found that order has been not shipped yet and we are expecting to ship the order within 2 to 3 working days, and completed status means there is no issue with order and ready for shipped it does not means that it has been shipped.fingers crossed mine also says "completed". I haven't got a cancellation email yet.
I wonder if this is a case of an CS agent not knowing what's going on?

Checkout worked just fine for me and got a Bose confirmation of my order at 1:23pm AWST.
Idiots from jb hifi took ages to price match and at the end they didn’t even do it, what a bunch of useless morons
This deal is only for JB staffs who had Ozbargain tittle.
They did a great job for their company. Lolthey wouldnt price match claiming they cant see it on their end
Headed in-store earlier and had this experience. It's pure luck as the guy before me was able to price match since the JB staff was able to see the $198 price on their machine.
You can't be angry at a store for not price matching an error. This would be in the "congrats if you got it" category, not something you can realistically expect (especially considering it's been in and out of stock with fluctuating price all afternoon).

Just ordered a black pair at 1630hr for $199 and order was confirmed. I suspect the price is meant to apply to the QC headphone and not the Ultra.

Just tried again and the site shows $499 but that happened to me at first and after a few clicks on the site reverted back to $199. Delivery in a month it stated. Suggest keep trying.
