I was at Jim Kidd Sports Perth City yesterday & saw this offer. It's on their current catalogue (page 2) which doesn't specify an end date so I can only assume Xmas/NY period or while stocks last.

It's cheap yes. Read in the list the sizes it applies to - not many will benefit.
It's actually been running for some time too, so unless theyve restocked, you're not going to get lucky. It has been posted before.
As you mentioned, I posted this a few weeks ago in WA, but it looks like it is on again. Just to note, a lot of the skins gear is available outside of the sizes they advertise, and it is still 19.95. Really worth a look in if you are in the market.

Dont forget guys these are the old / original skins, not the A400s which are their newer line. Hence why they are cheaper but still thats an awesome price. I know the older original line of skins do get sold for very low prices these days as opposed to how much they used to cost!
