A very solid aluminum suitcase, better than the Samsonite Alu Box and is on par with Rimowa quality suitcases from my personal experience. Usually retails for around $550 for the carry on and around $700-$800 for the checked. Includes a lifetime guarantee.

  Must say that aluminium one is pretty sexy. Not a fan of the weight of it though.

  Looks nice but just FWIW - two things to note with the carry on:
  1. It's "polycarbonate aero-grade shell, aluminum framing". This means that it is a little lighter than one that is all aluminium, but at 3.2kg it is still not a light suitcase. For international flights flying economy, the limit for most carriers is 7kg - so you can only pack under 4kg of stuff in the case.
  2. It's 55cm x 38cm x 23cm - Carry on limits with Qantas is 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (https://www.qantas.com/au/en/travel-info/baggage/carry-on-ba…), so there is a risk you might get pinged at the gate and the bag sent to checked luggage.

      Might not be so much of a big deal for Qantas (though they do get strict for full flights), Moreso a concern for Low Cost carriers.
