  Please stop redefining a month as 28 days. Only February consists of 28 days (29 days in a leap year).

  Might be worthwhile to screen record the cashback rates. My last experience at getting cashback from Cashrewards wasn't good.

  Got denied cashback for the most recent Vodafone $35 60GB 28-Day Prepaid SIM Starter Kit for $12 Delivered + $5 Cashrewards Cashback @ Vodafone.

  My initial challenge received the reply:

  "the items you purchased fall under the Prepaid SIM Card Long Expiry category. Unfortunately, the store offered 0% cashback for this category at the time you placed your order, and this has resulted in your purchase not being reported in your Cashrewards account as it is ineligible to receive rewards from the store. Please see below details offered by the store at the time of your purchase."

  A further question about why the $35 28 day SIM was classified as long expiry received the reply:

  "Please note that your purchase falls under the Prepaid SIM Card category, which had a 0% cashback rate at the time of purchase."

    Why not refer to the OZB post to challenge your purchase time? Although the deal might have been already there, it looks like you purchased it after the post according to your upvote.

    Pull out the recorded click and Vodafone order confirmation email for the time as well.
