Seems like Costco was added recently to Doordash. It is available to all but you get a further 15% off by linking your Costco membership.
Promo code is valid for single use only. Valid till 31/01/25 or until maximum redemptions are med prior.

Got the leaflet in their Auburn store. Assumed it was nationwide
Didn’t see it…
Costco is not showing for me!!! any reason why?
Restricted delivery area most likely
Seems like pretty restricted delivery area. Says too far for me yet resteraunts come up OK.
$12.08/kg for ground beef. Think it's only $7.99/kg in-warehouse.
$9.99 at Marsden Park as we bulk buy regularly 🙂
There's frozen stuff now too 8 x 250g bag for ~$19
Ah, right. I seem to be remembering when both beef and pork mince were both $7.99.
9.99 for ground beef, 7.99 for ground pork I believe - in-warehouse
whats the min order? thanks
in-shop is about 3kg
So in this deal it would effectively be $6/kg or less if you have Costco membership and Doordash pass. Seems like a good to me. If I lived in that area I’d be doing it for sure.
yeah it is so guessing the price markup is somewhat there
It would good to also include a comparison of normal vs. DD prices.
I find DD prices are 20-30% higher, without adding the fees and delivery at checkout.
Some of the products I was able to compare with costco's site seem to be cheaper on DD at full price but you save more if you add your membership to DD. I'm sure the prices are jacked up compared to what you'd pay in store.
Thanks for checking for us.
Are the products you checked which seemed cheaper daily grocery items or not really?
DD prices are higher plus delivery and service fee.
For those with DoorDash pass, does this nil the delivery fee for you? Wondering if it’s worth joining.
Yes, 0 delivery fee.
And don't forget to redeem a free 2-year DashPass if you have Amazon Prime.
Thank you!
Says the store is not eligible for dashpass
How do you link your costco membership with doordash ?
I assumed thr driver has one and goes in shopping for you
Top right corner of the Costco shop in the door dash app there's an icon you can tap on
lidcombe no longer letting people buy food without member card scan. also need to attend service desk to get entry pass even if you show your gift card. is this same new preceding in all other costco???
if yes. looks like costco is up their game to stop non-member to shop there now…
The food court is outside though?
Effective 9 December, membership card will need to be scanned at the food court self service kiosks before an order can be made. For all other stores, card scanning is in place on entry. Shop Card holders need to register at the membership desk before allowed entry. This change is in line with the states.
Noooo…. I have been using the food self service using my old expired card for the last 13 months.
Who gave them the great idea of adding the card scan on those self service machines.
@valkeris: Sounds like it was you lol
I mean, I'm surprised they haven't cracked down on it sooner. The crux of their business model is selling memberships, so whoever let that get so lax should be fired.

Can anyone share their Costco membership? Lol
Just ordered and used the code. A delivery and service fee was applied. Asked support they say only applies to stores with a dashpass logo. I have dashpass
They Cancelled the order and refunded. Now cant use the code anymore. Crap service.
What a nightmare for driverse, checkout at Costco is a nightmare at the best of times
Wouldn't Costco be responsible for packing these items and then just handing them to the drivers? I doubt the drivers would have to pack themselves…At the same time the parking and the queues at parramatta road would be enough for drivers to be like NOPE
I was there yesterday and saw people wearing Doordash tshirts coming into the returns/service area. So I assume the items get bought forward and they just pickup from there?
Very limited delivery area. I'm literally just up the road from them, although admittedly it's a long road, but not a difficult drive at all. But not within range to be eligible.
But judging from the app prices "for Costco members", it looks like there's a small markup on items, e.g. Katoomba Roti Pratha is $12.99 ($9.99 on special) but $13.33 in the app. Same for the 12-pack butter croissants. And from memory the 20kg bag of Kirkland Thai Jasmine rice is $49.99 and in the app it's $51.29.
They're not a Dashpass store though, so delivery and service fees apply, which makes it less appealing if weren't for this coupon.
I live 8km away from the Lidcombe Costco, about a 25 minute drive and can confirm that it was available to me.
I'd be ordering two $50 gift cards.
Any suggestion what to buy, not to miss? THanks
Are the prices jacked up like all doordash stuff?
Is the code working for anyone?
I’ve linked my membership card and have more than $100 in my cart but I get the message,
“Whoops
Unfortunately, this promotion is not currently available”
Help please 🥺
i'm getting the same error :(
same with me. I don't have the membership though. Probably maximum redemption are met.
Expired, valid through January was ambitious
My Costco membership is not registering as valid… I have a US membership.. but it is supposed to be worldwide! I can shop on the Costco website with no problem, and obviously in store… Just saying..
Its funny how people compare with the store price, they mark up cos they pack, pick up and delivery the good for you.
Say you overall bill for the same shopping list is 20% higher (including services and delivery fee), I would think that is acceptable consider you get your stuff sitting at home doing JS.
If you don't like the price then go out and do the shopping yourself, compare delivery and in store price is really beyond stingy…..
I had issues linking my membership too, but once I updated my account name to match exactly what was on my membership card, it worked. Also just scheduled my order and the code worked too
Looks like for one nsw store only
