No not network - power. Tapo has some cameras like this which are completely wireless for both network and power (using rechargeable battery). These ones need power from a wired source I believe
Ethernet is much more secure. That is, WiFi cameras are very easy to knock off the network. I know you mean power connection, but Ethernet can supply the power as well.

Yes, both deals are for C310, the UK one will have a UK power adapter of course.

Requires wired power, comes with DC adapter and barrel jack connector. If you want battery wire free you'll need to go for the c4xx models
Is this good for 24/7 surveillance? My rechargeable wifi camera only notifies me when someone leaves the property. need something to record continuous.
This tracks any movement and the sentivity can be changed as per need to include motion tracking, person detection or both.
It will notify you on the app when it tracks someone and record the video on the SD card which can also be accessed through the app.
