        I come back one year?

        • sure .if they are still exist

  • Could probably get a 3 pce set from a decent brand for that sort of money. Mark up on this must be insane.

    • Fair call! Like my barbie snags - sometimes less is more! But 15 pieces means the whole family can join the Christmas cooking chaos!

  • Hi Tony

    • G'day! Howzit going? Hope you're having a ripper of a day!

Buy a couple of decent knives for less than this money, not a load of junk knives

    • hank you for your criticism. We welcome criticism, Zhang Xiaoquan welcomes criticism. If there are problems, we will do our best to correct them

Looks like it might come from here, cheaper in 5 days time with Xmas sale, but I wouldn't touch this Temu looking product with a 10ft pole.

Actually, we also operate this AliExpress store, and our pricing is actually similar. The reason why AliExpress prices are cheaper is due to AliExpress official discounts, which is something we cannot control. The reason our prices are higher in Australia is due to the higher costs of logistics and warehousing.

To be completely fair, this brand is a long established Chinese Scissors company. I have a steamer from them that I got from Costco, it's pretty good quality.
I'd honestly get this over the Baccarat crap that people buy from House, not to say that I would buy this product in the first place.

Having said that though, a 5 piece Victorinox fibrox set off amazon is like $118 at the moment, and I would probably prefer that if I was starting from scratch.

      • We must honestly admit that the Zhang Xiaoquan has made some foolish mistakes in the past. However, Zhang Xiaoquan has changed now and won't make the same mistakes as before. Currently, Zhang Xiaoquan is sincerely focused on making reasonably priced products with good quality

meanwhile in China, some customer got the knife(from this brand) snap in half whilst mashing Garlic, trying to return the faulty product and got told they used the knife wrongly.

Every other manufacturer started to hire streamers to mash garlic using their own knife 24/7, lol

      • Yes, these were mistakes that Zhang Xiaoquan made several years ago, but now, such foolish mistakes won't happen again

  • Besides the quality of the knives, many people actually lack the knowledge of how to properly sharpen them. Even the best-quality knives need to be sharpened regularly.

    • You've hit the nail on the head there! Even a top chef's knife needs some TLC - bit like keeping your surfboard waxed! Happy to share some ripper sharpening tips if anyone's keen.

      • Wish I could hear more about that. By the way, those easy sharpeners you find in the market are absolute garbage.

        • +1

In my humble opinion - sharpeners are like a quick servo sanga - handy, but whetstone's where the real magic happens!

  • Can this cut a can and a tennis ball?

  • If you want to do that, of course you can, although I don't recommend doing so.
