How to Earn Credit Card Points on Paying Rent through BSB and Account Number?

Hi — My real estate agent doesn't accept BPAY, only bank transfers to pay rent.

Is there some way I can change this so I can make my minimum spend $3k over 3 months on credit cards I'm churning?
