Hi Everybody,
Recently was looking at getting some creatine, and this previously posted deal had ended.
They're offering creatine at the same price.
I've already ordered.
Thanks

Creatine is literally water muscles
It’s actually very slightly cheaper on eBay after $5 plus voucher if anyone cares
Could you please provide the eBay link?
Thanks! :)
Some people on here do appreciate it.
$53.52 delivered using code SUMMER25 @ premium supps.
Got a batch when they had buy 2 get 1 free.
All creatine mono comes from china. Doesnt matter from who you buy it
Small correction.
Creapure is made in Germany, it will always say Creapure on the packaging somewhere since its expensive AF and a marketing point. The rest comes from China.
Use bulk nutrients.
Why?
Brand loyalty?
Australian and good pricing.
Agreed, personally it's because they do third party testing of their nutrient batches and show the results.
Just a note, serving size is 3g. That should be fine for most people, but a lot of people are looking for 5g (so about 1.5 sccops per serve).
This is mainly down to existing recommendations that the industry adapted. Some newer studies show 3g is enough for the benefits, but because of older studies and what the industry norm is most people still swear by 5g a day. (I'm one of them, but that's just me).
Still a good deal considering chemist warehouse is $27 for 500g (on sale).
Also I'm not certified or anything, just did a whole bunch of research when I first started working out so I had somewhat of an idea of what I was putting in my body.
So what are you putting in your body exactly?
Right now just creatine, protein isolate and pre workout.
Protein isolate because concentrate has more lactose and sugar which makes me personally feel bloated sometimes. Also find it mixes better, but that's just a personal preference.
The preworkout. Is basically a heart attack waiting. 300mg of total caffeine + other stimulants, mainly looking for ingredients like beta alanine, nootropics (mood enhancer / focus) and L arginine or aakg.
Also in the past year started keeping an eye out for English walnut extract (juglans regria) which apparently gives similar results to DMHA, the stimulant that took over the market when DMAA got banned (which if I remember correctly was one chemical off a well known drug).
I'm pretty sure you're playing but sharing the high level anyway XD
Are you DIY-ing the preworkout?
I'd be extremely keen on trying this out. I miss the days of 1,3 DMMA ngl. I remember buying a few tubs of a fellow Ozber almost a decade ago.
@ThadtheChad: Nah, I tried before, but realised I was a too lazy, and in NZ (moved to aus about a 3 months ago) it can be just as expensive if not more than buying a pre that was premade.
Most well known NZ supp sites have made subsidiary companies to sell their clearance, or need to get rid of stock. So most times you can get a good pre for about $20nzd.
Like Gat Nitraflex was constantly 20 and total was was/is 15 atm. It's kind of nice when stores over stock for the little population. I've found clearance supps here are either way past best before or just aren't a good deal. (my heart won't let me pay full price)
Stop it

I take 10g per day
Why?
Read about creatine hyper-responders
Is this healthy long term? (I only trust source from ozb)
Only fringe case side effects. Also, if you have kidney problems, this is a big no no.
Aside from that, yeah, creatine should be fine. Mostly for people planning to lift, have little effect for cardio folks.
Yup no long term side effects from long term use.
And it's good for the brain to keep dementia away and possibly depression. Some nutritionist I saw started giving it to her old parents for it.
Drink a lot of water though or there might be some
I recently bought some on Amazon on sale for $37 so this is a good price.
Thanks OP.
Bought a pack, my 350g container is running low.
Drink lots of water! I made that mistake today
