I tested on the cheapest watch in the sale at $49.95 and it applied automatically in the cart, plus shipping was included.
They're not always the cheapest for Casio but when you can score a F91W-1 at no charge that's gotta be worth something!
I agree, this may only be of real value if there's an exclusive you can't buy elsewhere (which is not very likely). Still, if you say "Free F91W-1" out loud it rolls off the tongue nicely. :D

I've owned (and sold) around 50 G-Shocks & Casio watches in my lifetime, never once needed to make a warranty claim for any of them. Some of them are well over a decade old by now.

Yep, just people offloading unwanted or too lazy to replace battery. I dont really care if its used.
@easternculture: I am good with a lot of used stuff, but I have never really liked used watches. They are on all day, the straps get manky, and one day if I get captured might have to do a Christopher Walken in Pulp Fiction and I want to know it's only got my own filth on it
@Jackson: If watch is plastic or metal waterproof, its easy to clean.
If its grainy leather, i throw away the band.
If its polished leather and not worn, its easy to clean.
If leather band is worn, i just replace the band. But im a metal band guy so i usually replace the bands with SS bands.
