Betty's has just launched their new rewards program called Beach Rewards. You need to sign up again (takes 2 seconds) and then in the Beach Club tab of the app you should see a free Classic Burger reward. You will now earn $1 for every $10 spent by scanning your card at the register or ordering via the App.
Also ensure you fill your DOB in your profile section so you can get a 'birthday treat'.
They didn't mention that in their email or FAQ. Just saw that now when checking out. Have updated the post.
I guess if you buy another burger, it also contributes to the eligible spend so you can get your birthday offer.
If you’ve spent at least $15 at Betty’s Burgers in the last six months, either in the app or by scanning your app in a Betty’s Burgers restaurant, you’ll qualify for a birthday reward! To redeem, spend $10 or more, and select the birthday reward which will appear in the Rewards section of the app. You can add it to your cart for take-away, or if dining in, just let a team member know, scan your app, and your birthday reward will automatically apply at checkout.

As the Betty's Burger app has at least twice now failed to process the order yet still charges my credit card, I am inclined to stay away - at least their staff are accomodating and ordering via their website seems to work!
Same experience here. We take the time to add everyone's order to the app then it fails to place the order. Wastes everyone's time…
