Step 1: Load $11 into your new travel pass via android
Step 2: take 3 trips it’s now -$4.90
Step 3: Delete the card
Step 4: go back to step 1

You might or might not owe vic gov $4.90 if they ever decide to chase up though

Yes, for the poor services PTV has been provided, cancel services for no reason, always deley during peak times, terrible replacement bus service, they also lie on numbers, they advertise 98% + delivery rate, where these number coming from?

Also it is better than those people who not paying tickets at all. From my experience , 20% people not touch on when using buses, and bus driver does not care at all.
