Started as black Friday sale but now store appears to be closing down or something, not sure.

Some ripper deals on gym equipment including free weights. Just be aware that they appear to use some kind of weird metric standard (30mm and 50mm) rather than the typical US standard (2” and 3”), so aside from the Gyronetics 25mm weights you won’t fit any of their weights on regular standard or olympic sized barbells/dumbbells.

Don’t need to worry about interoperability if you just go ham on this sale though.

(not sure if actually closing down or just FOMO-style marketing)

Edit: seems I was misinformed, the normal olly bars are 50 mm. it’s just the “standard” bars which aren’t standard

  Think you'll find the Olympic barbell ends are actually not 2" though most stores list it as 2" but actually just under 1.97" which is 50mm.

  So the plates they have listed as 50/51mm should fit.

    thx seems I was underinformed. Looks like Olly is standardised to 50 mm but in general “standard” barbells aren’t standardised.
