              @bargaino: I'm right here. I use chatgpt for very niche situations where I'm unable to explain the problem I'm having or am unable to find through a google search

      Thanks for BigKaka 8.4 tip, yes works well with my g85 too. The only thing i'm having trouble finding is how to set up saving the photos to the SD Card no problem doing that with the default camera app.

    Most android phones can install gcam mod. Just need to try any gcam mods. May not be compatible with unique processors outside Snapdragon/Mediatek processors.

      thanks, have tried many of these on the 50 neo but keeps crashing at various points unfortunately. googled around but no clear cut results available for the specific phone that i can find unfortunately
      will keep an eye on this post, hopefully will get one that works well at some point

        Crashing maybe because of certain setting change in the gcam mod that you have changed? For example enabling 4k 60 fps that the phone doesn't support, etc.

        Maybe too many apps are running in the background? Try this:
        Anyone with android devices should use "Hibernator" app. Not all apps need to run all day in the background such as banking apps, food delivery apps, shopping apps, games, etc. Hibernator app can help to free the RAM by hibernating apps that don't need to run all day in the background, saves battery and data from these apps. I used to use "Greenify" app in older android versions, similar with "Hibernator" app.
