Rejected after tracking?
Yep, apparently Viator didn't honour as per shopback (as per the rep's response). I wonder where/what's shopback's responsibility.
Basically I went to Europe on holidays and booked 4 activities via Viator since they were prompting higher cashback just like this. They processed just one and declined the rest. I escalated with all receipts with no success.
Pathetic. I've had bad experiences with Viator too.
ShopBack has not been great since the mass layoffs.
Anyone do anything off Viator in Sydney that they recommend?

I had a great experience with Viator cashback!
I've had 3 Viator cashbacks rejected. This was the response for all of them.
"Unfortunately, Viator won't process rewards for your recent orders due to recent updates. This decision is influenced by factors like attribution to another marketing channel."
