I believe their eBay orders are generally packed by stores using their stock on hand. Whenever I've done orders through their eBay storefront in the past, they have included a receipt from the store that sent my order.
The most recent order I can remember was for Dead Space (PS5), which was listed as 'Brand New' but arrived unsealed - just like how they might sell some stock in-store. It's kinda just luck of the draw.
It's a gamble from what I can recall. Sometimes I got factory sealed copies sometimes unsealed.
Certainly not at all. I got a 'brand new' copy of Psychonauts 2 from their eBay at the start of the year, and it showed up looking like it had been kicked around the shopping centre before being sent to me. The cardboard sleeve around the case was scuffed up bad and their response was to just take it back to my local store and exchange it for another, but my local had no more copies.
Same. Ordered 'brand new' Sea of Stars and they sent one of their used copies. Soo annoying.
