Theragun Pro G5 Hand Held Percussive Therapy Massager $479 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Harvey Norman

60

Great price for the G5, most other retailers have it for $549. Bing Lee also has it at same price as HN if that's closer to you https://www.binglee.com.au/products/g5-theragun-pro-tg03024-…

I have the Pro G4 for over a year now and love this for releasing muscle knot tension, back pain, and sciatica relief.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals for 2024

I wonder if people are still boycotting Harvey.

    • -1

      Why?

*Edit. Just read up on it.

Harvey Norman was criticized for keeping $22 million in JobKeeper handouts while reporting record profits during the pandemic. The company also faced criticism for blocking many Twitter users who were supportive of wage increases.

  • Or get 6 of the $69 Kmart massage gun.

    • Ah yes, the true apples to apples comparison.

You're so silly for even considering spending money on the $69 massage gun when you could have bought five $12 massage guns from Kmart: https://www.kmart.com.au/product/compact-massager-pink-43378…

      • I don't own the current $69 model but mine cost about that price, lasts a super long time between charges and I saved $400 verses this deal.

        • But you could have saved $50 compared to the model you have!

Can you post a link? I can only see it for the same price.

  • These devices are amazing. I used to have a $100 Chinese branded one, and I thought it did a decent job.
After about a year or so, it stopped working and I was advised to consider the Theragun.

I am glad I did. There is no comparison between your run-of-the-mill cheapos and these. Zero.
Worth every cent, if you actually need a massage gun. Also, due to the design, it's easy to reach most parts of your body without issue.

Try using the Xiaomi one on your back. Even your upper back is difficult.

The shape and foldability of the Theragun makes it a lot easier.

  • How does this compare to the $100-$150 theraguns?

  • A mate bought a Theragun for himself and a Xiaomi one for his sister at 1/4th the price. He says the Xiaomi one works just as well and his sitser says the Xiaomi one feels more premium

    • -2

That one is the same one that I had and by comparison, it's awful. I'm not sure what you mate and his sister are on about but there really is no contest here.

evilpotato hits the nail on the head.

      • I'd take mr.whosetheboss's review over evilpotato's

I'm not sure what his qualification is but most physios and chiros tend to use Theragun.

I wouldn't even trust that guy to pick me out a phone.

At bing lee too if they are more convenient for your instore pickup or you don't want to by from Harvey.

  • Anyone able to justify the difference between a $480 Theragun and the well-reviewed $120 Renpho option on Amazon?

    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B085NTR26K?psc=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_c…

    • +2

I own both. Don't be fooled, both are called massage guns, but for very different purposes. The Renpho is surface only, think back rub/skin rub. The Theragun hits deep tissue.

So if you want a hug and a tickle go the Renpho. If want that deep tissue where your screaming for mercy, go the Theragun (thumb attachment is where it's at).

Theragun or nothing crew returned couple of stupid renpho and other anazon ones. Theragun goes deep tissue rest all are crapola
