Is it still possible to exchange for half size up/down at RM Williams store? DJ only has full sizes.
They used to, but I think I read a comment recently that says they’ve stopped doing it because of the age of stock at some retailers
Depends on the store manager. I know two people who bought on iconic and tried to exchange at the same rm store. One of them was told no, other one they didn’t have the size in store but shipped the correct size straight to his house even though he originally bought from another retailer

Wild I'm getting downvoted. Rose Anvil does a full teardown of the boots and you can compare it to teardowns from years ago. Quality just ain't the same.
