Have been eyeing this for some time but couldn't justify the normal $499 price to enjoy my content quietly in my apartment.

Sign up for a new account to get a 10% welcome code bringing it to $269.10 with free delivery which is cheaper than the 5% off code with Sony eBay.

Hoping it will be way more comfy than clamping my ears with headphones.

First time I have seen these. Intrigued and tempted

  • I like these when they originally came about 2 years ago, but then most companies like JBL, Bose, Sony killed their products, not sure why. Might buy one.

    • Possibly because batteries don't last as long as for the price that ask and are not replaceable

      • That applies to pretty much every headphone and portable speaker

    hmm.
for enjoying a personalised Dolby Atmos® experience, a compatible BRAVIA is needed. The transmitter is required for some BRAVIA series. Please see https://www.sony.net/hav_faq

  • Interesting concept, never seen it before.

Would be more comfortable than headphones for long sessions, but clearly you wouldn't be able to use with others in the room.

Will have to check out some reviews.

I have the monster boomerang, it's pretty good & cheaper option.

  • Would love to wear this in public transportation.

Share my excellent taste in music with random strangers.<3

    • You'd fit right in with all the other degenerates on public transport.

Maybe if you visit Melbourne with it you can make friends with fake seizure guy. If you do, please stick a warning sign on his back without him noticing

  • I love this concept. you can't really wear them in public, but for indoor use, they're really good(IMO). You can wear them for hours without the any issues you get from headphones. They don't block out external sounds, so you stay aware of what's happening and still can listen to whatever you want. They just sit on your shoulders and you won't even notice they're there.

I have the Monster Boomerang and have been loving it for almost a year now. The only downside is it can only connect to one device at a time. I think the Sony version might be better. it also has better sound quality and can connect to two devices at once.

hope this helps you decide if you are thinking of getting one

I got this, they are great. Specially for late night gaming or movies when you want to keep the sound little low but loud enough for you to enjoy the quality sound. You can actually pair it up as well, and your partner or another person can also use it simultaneously in the same room. Quite light and comfortable for longer time compared to a standard headphones.
