    OIC, that's equivalent to 16.66% discount if you signed up for 12 months plan. Is it possible to cancel it after 2 months?

      Given it’s a 12 month contract I’m sure there is break fees.
      Not criticising, but these fees feel like they just add a 16.6% buffer in.

      We have support packages starting from $18 per seat per week. Which is one of the cheapest in the market

      Yes definitely. We have a 3 month cancellation period. During which time we can help customers transition to a new provider if they decide Fixly isnt the solution for them.

    Number one thing when looking for business is your about page should have faces of the people you would be dealing with. Also a registered address not a postcode. This simple mistake means you're are small and afraid. If we cannot see who you are why would we give access to our systems.

        i run quite a few companies and i wont use any msp unless they able to get hold of and had a security background check and sign an NDA

        A showroom for an MSP? thats odd. I don't think any ISP has a showroom. Most have a shared space or a private address. and by law if you are a registered business you must list your ABN number at the bottom of your website, regardless if you're a soletrader or not
