Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting my cashback

• To be eligible for this offer, you must access Uber Eats (app or website) directly from TopCashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through TopCashback, cashback will not be tracked and any claims will be ineligible.

• Cashback is eligible on orders paid with Uber Wallet, but not with gift cards.

• Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.

What else is essential

• Orders must be placed within 2 hours of clicking through to Uber Eats.

• Only valid on orders within Australia.

• Ensure that "Limit Ad Tracking" setting on iOS and "Opt out of Ad Personalisation" setting on Android are toggled off.

• Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the cashback system will be banned and cashback forfeited.

• Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.

• Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction.

• Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.
