Temu: 100% Cashback for New Customers (Capped at $40 Per New Member) @ Cashrewards

Cashrewards have upped it to 100% cashback for today but capped at $40 spend. Returning customers get 10%.

Some key considerations
New customer offers are limited to 1 reward per Cashrewards account.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
Fraudulent transactions.
Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

Tracking tips
• Empty your cart and/or wishlist list prior to clicking from Cashrewards.
• Complete shop within 3 hrs of clicking from Cashrewards.
• VPNs can break tracking.
• Allow third-party cookies.
• Disable your ad block software.
• Enable cross site tracking.
• Enable tracking like App Tracking Transparency in the merchant's app when making purchases.
• If you experience payment issues while making a purchase, please restart your purchase through the Cashrewards app to ensure that your cashback is tracked.
• Download the latest version of the Cashrewards App.
• Use Cashrewards with a reliable network connection; poor networks may prevent a merchant's webpage from displaying or loading information, resulting in tracking failures for transactions.

      BEWARE: ALL money-back with Temu, AliExpress, Global-sellers? etc have IN-consistent tracking-experience & HIGH money-claims tend NOT to track: TCB, CR & SB….see comments here, lol.

    I haven't got the 50% cashback from my last order and it is not tracked yet. I've reported it but not news yet. not feeling confident with Temu.

    • I got a ShopBack 70% TEMU cashback … eventually - didn't track, raised it as missing, they added the tracking, it was eventually rejected, I raised that the rejection reasons weren't correct, SB came back saying the manager let them give me a credit for ~$25 (the full expected cashback amount) out of goodwill.

      I guess that's not quite getting the cashback, more that SB customer service wanted to keep me happy to I keep buying things via them?

    • Even got tracked eventually got rejected by Temu. That happen after 5-6 months.

    • My 40% cashback wasnt tracked until I contacted them. 6 months later, No cashback was received and got declined after I contacted them again. Their reason is the benefit went to different marketing channel, who know where it is. Total cash back was value $194.

  • I think I cannot game this "new customer" for Temu anymore. Previously Temu cancelled my order on a new different account on 26 Oct during 70% cashback through Cashrewards.

    So, I only use cashback promo for existing customers through Topcashback after that for Temu purchases. I also use the Temu credit back rewards to use the credit for next purchase (need to claim this every day for 7 days to get the credit). It's better to save transaction screenshot or screen video record while purchasing this.

  • Used 80% cashback yesterday but no tracking yet…🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️ Itts been 12 hrs or so now.

    • Did you save screenshot of your transaction or screen video record it? Better to always do this just in case missing cashback.

      • My transaction is there in the click history so it been recorded. In the end tbey will be needing the invoice to support the claim. Will wait for 7 days to send the claim. Else will return the order 😉🫣

    • Same, same.. Got shafted on a Shopback for HelloFresh the other week, better not happen again or I will seriously consider purchasing only for the cashback, and for ShopBack and Cash Rewards, that can't be good for their business models..

  • I placed an order during the 70% off promotion. Temu split my order into two separate receipts with 2 delivery. Cash Reward honored only one of them.

  • Mine hasn't tracked with cashrewards from a few days ago and judging by the comments above might be worth staying away from cashrewards. I also have another issue with them i haven't heard back since Sunday regarding incorrect estimate cashback ($23 instead of $96)

    • The problem lies with Temu, not Cashrewards. I don't have problem with Cashrewards. Anyone should always screenshot transaction for Temu. Even better screen video record while doing the transaction, just in case. I am waiting for missing cashback claim during 11/11 for Temu through Topcashback. Also waiting for confirmation for purchase today.

        I meant from the cashrewards app, which opens a temu browser in the app itself

    To make sure purchases on Temu and Aliexpress gets tracked, then shop only on the browser of any cashbacks app. Dont open Temu or Aliexpress apps as their ads/ bugs can interfere with the tracking.
    Thats my experience though..!!!

    Ordered AU$40.79 last night. Today 4pm received the email from cashreward AUD 35.44 has been tracked from Temu. Very quick tracking, hope it go well, i did empty all the cart and wishlist like they said, it take a bit of time because i add many items to wishlist.

      Just a slight discrepancy with the Cashrewards tracking system though, after factoring out the GST your Cashback should have tracked at $37.08(or around that).

        Na I think the shipping was free anyways. Especially for orders over $40

    • Same! I ordered $40.26 of stuff but only tracked $34.97. Could be a coincidence but it just looks like one of my items wasn't tracked and it was worth exactly $5.29. Free shipping and GST included in the total. If anyone has any ideas what has happened let me know

    My order was split into two. Cashback for one part was 100% while the other part was oddly at 44.2%. I misunderstood the 30% off min $39 spend offer and missed out on that too.

    edit: i just realised the second part was because of the $40 cap.
