Some key considerations
New customer offers are limited to 1 reward per Cashrewards account.
Cashback is ineligible on the following:
Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
Purchases using coupon codes not listed on Cashrewards.
Purchases via the merchant's mobile app.
Purchase that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
Fraudulent transactions.
Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.
Tracking tips
• Empty your cart and/or wishlist list prior to clicking from Cashrewards.
• Complete shop within 3 hrs of clicking from Cashrewards.
• VPNs can break tracking.
• Allow third-party cookies.
• Disable your ad block software.
• Enable cross site tracking.
• Enable tracking like App Tracking Transparency in the merchant's app when making purchases.
• If you experience payment issues while making a purchase, please restart your purchase through the Cashrewards app to ensure that your cashback is tracked.
• Download the latest version of the Cashrewards App.
• Use Cashrewards with a reliable network connection; poor networks may prevent a merchant's webpage from displaying or loading information, resulting in tracking failures for transactions.
