Yes. Just note your case should have the halo/magsafe ring in it.
Considering ESR halo cases average around $15 and are decent enough, if the feature is important to you then ensure your case is appropriate.

I have the non magsafe version. Best thing about this vent mount is it has a little hook to grab around the vent fins and keep the mount secured rock solid onto the vent. Other mounts simply friction mount on the fins and are much less reliable

The AINOPE mount hooks into the dashboard vent. I've been interested in getting one for ages but ended up getting a cheapo aliexpress screen corner mount instead similar to the other commenters. The AINOPE price is decent for black friday ($25 down from $40) but ATL on ozb was $20.

I bought this for my Model 3. I have it stuck to the white/wood strip on the dash using the sticky mount and the position is perfect.

not to sound negative, but this would be only good for people that don't have LCD screens in their cars right? because if you bought any car from 2018 they all that LCD screen that the front that you can use to connect to your phone so you wouldn't really need this phone mount accessory?

Not always. I have CarPlay and use that for Maps and then have my phone in a mount with Spotify running and easy to see other notifications. CarPlay doesn't show every notification.
ah my carplay with apple (and mazda) you can put the maps and spotify on the same page and calender appointment in the same page - like a high level overview
Yeah, I can do that too but I like maps being full screen.
