If anyone is looking for a reason not to buy, some reviews ive seen on instagram suggest they are very fragile, when dropped they can shatter and eject the small magnets.

We bought a 100pc set on 3/9/22 (I checked) of this brand and have had zero issues. They are probably one of the most used "toys" our 4 year old plays with and we have never had a single broken piece. They have survived being stepped on as well as building towers over a meter tall which then crumble onto hardwood floors with no issue. They have promoted so much creativity and the designs he has built have been great, so much so we just recently bought another 100pc set so we can build taller and bigger structures.

We too were concerned about the breaking aspect prior to buying and monitored them closely at the start, but from our experience we have no concerns about the Picasso brand.

    • Had ours for 3+ years, most played with toy in our household, have had one tile crack from an angry 5 year old’s heel stomp. These are sturdy as

      • No issues with breakages for me

    • These fly through tv screens with ease .. have never had one break at the magnets in over 4 years.. the larger ones do have some slight cracks in the plastic from being whacked with plastic swords though.

    • Absolutely no problems for us over a year now with around 220 pieces. It continues to be one of the main toys with plenty of open play and fun. Rough play includes slamming a monster truck into structures, and accidentally stepping on pieces. We have easily built a pentagon tower to the ceiling 3 metres high, and scattered blankets and pillows around to let them come crashing down with no issues – although we won't attempt this again lol.

60pcs don't get you very far, I would recommend buying a few sets at least

  • Thanks, bought one. Will see how my 5 year old goes and then will get more.
