I'd go with the one that has 3 year in-home warranty (TCL). Last thing you wanna do is stuff around carting a gigantic tv to a repair shop yourself and risk it being damaged in transit.
Repairs are carried out in-home.

Samsung Q60D is entry level QLED. Its edge lit. 1 year warranty. TIZEN OS
TCL C755 is mid-high level QLED. Its mini LED so Full array. 3 years warranty. GOOGLE OSHave you had to deal with tcl support before?
Absolutely horrendous.Took them 2 weeks and multiple repeated emails for them just to log the case.
They kept asking for more information that was already included in the first email.I returned it after that exchange. Never dealing with tcl again, absolute joke.

Yes, I did. I bought the C745 from GG, but due to a backlight issue, I had to claim the warranty. They offered two options: either take the TV back to GG myself for a refund or have them arrange another TV of the same model. I ended up hiring a van to return it and was refunded without hassle though.
My response was regarding which would be better between the Q60D and the C755. However, based on my experience, I don’t think Samsung excels in terms of customer service and given only a year.
c755 micro led and 144 htz
Also waiting for c755. Crrently have the c745 and its been excellent for gaming as its 144hz.
Artifacts caused by Judder ruduction has been is its only weakness in lower then 4k content movies IMOAny oled?

For context, our TV is in our Family Room which is smaller than the Formal
Excellent price. The specs are more than adequate if you’re after a big screen TV for cheap.
